The ideal candidate is a creative software engineer, who will work in coordination with the product team to develop, and maintain our SaaS platform. You must be comfortable working as part of a team, while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document new features for the Sypher platform
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Help maintain the libraries for our cloud platform
- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers (via GitLab issues), improving documentation based on common patterns
- Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
- Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or related
- 3+ years' of experience as a software engineer
- Experience in developing web applications using PHP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, Laravel and Bootstrap
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience with AWS and Azure is a plus
