We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Manager. Your duties will include prospecting, opportunity development, product demonstrations, advising clients on the best solution for their needs, negotiating and closing contracts with medium and large companies, mostly from Europe.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- 3+ years of software sales experience
- Experience in selling in international markets is a must
- Ability to prospect using email, phone and LinkedIn
- Experience in delivering online demos and presentations using Zoom, Teams or any other similar tool.
- Excellent communication, collaborative, negotiation and closing skills
- Very good command of English (other languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and professional development
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
Essential responsibilities:
- Plan and test actions that will help you identify prospects and opportunities and build a healthy sales funnel
- Have thorough discussions with prospects to uncover their needs and pain points, and to determine how our platform can help them
- Adapt the product demonstration scripts to match each prospect’s requirements
- Maintain regular contact with prospects for the entire duration of the sales cycle
- Keep a constant record of your activities inside the CRM and reports both in terms of your activities as well as results
- Thoroughly document actions and results to identify best practices
- Constantly look for ways to optimize the sales process
