📜 The European Banking Authority (EBA) is consulting on draft guidelines that will replace its outsourcing rules and extend third-party risk management requirements to the majority of financial institutions in the EU.
The guidelines will align non-ICT services with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and cover the full lifecycle of third-party arrangements. The rules have implications for GDPR compliance where personal data is processed by third-party providers.
